Our Mission

BY WORKING WITH US YOU WILL: 

• Receive care from a pelvic health specialist with advanced training and experience (including internal pelvic floor treatment, when appropriate), instead of a provider with limited pelvic health training. 

• Work 1-on-1 with your PT for the entirety of every session, instead of working with an aide.

• Work with the same PT for every session, instead of being passed along to other PT providers.

• Receive care that may include customized treatment involving hands-on, movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and education, instead of relying on exercises or machines alone. 

• Receive priority and consistency with scheduling, instead of being booked sporadically with weeks between sessions. 

Quality Touch Physical Therapy & Wellness accepts individuals with all insurances. All of our physical therapy services are covered under your out-of-network physical therapy benefits. After each session, we provide a detailed superbill receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for any available reimbursement.

We also participate as in-network providers with select insurances (details below) and accept flexible spending (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) payments (details below). 

We are in-network with Medicare Part B insurance. We are also certified non-network providers with TRICARE participants on their 'Select' plan (details below). 

MEDICARE PARTICIPANTS:  

Those with Medicare will contact us directly for booking. Claims will be submitted to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare typically covers 80% of approved services. The additional 20% may be covered by the secondary insurance, supplemental insurance plan, or by the patient.

HSA/FSA: For those that participate with these programs with their employer, we accept health savings & flexible spending account funds as a form of payment for their sessions with us. 

PAYMENT PLANS:  For those interested in a payment plan option, we accept Care Credit health & wellness cards as a form of payment. For those that are interested in applying, feel free to use this link.  

PACKAGES: For qualifying clients seeking continuity of PT care and integrated wellness support, we offer a variety of packages for many of our PT & wellness services, which provide reduced per-visit pricing compared to standard session rates.
