Pelviflow® Pelvic Wellness Coaching is a virtual, wellness-focused experience designed to make pelvic health education, guidance, and supportive pelvic health self-care strategies more accessible and approachable. Coaching is available locally, nationally, and internationally to all genders.
Pelviflow® Pelvic Wellness Coaching was created to support people who want to take a proactive approach to their pelvic health before concerns arise or progress. It's also for those who are either considering pelvic floor PT but may not yet have access, or those transitioning out of pelvic floor PT and want continued pelvic wellness support after a rehab program.
Because coaching is virtual, it can be accessed wherever you are and offers a wellness-centered option for people seeking practical tools, education, guidance, resources and support from a trusted expert in pelvic health.
