Quality Touch Physical Therapy & Wellness is available for in-home and virtual visits
Your Physical Therapist will contact you with the date and time of your appointment. Our Therapists are professional and friendly, prioritizing your comfort at all times. Your therapist will gather all pertinent information (see below) all while ensuring your complete understanding of the process and instructions provided. You will have the ability to communicate with your Physical Therapist between sessions with any additional questions that may arise. Your therapist will adjust the course of treatment to fit your needs and comfort level. Since this is a team effort, you and your therapist will navigate progression of care TOGETHER to ensure that your functional goals are met within a reasonable timeframe.
At your first visit with one of our skilled Physical Therapists a comprehensive evaluation will be performed. This involves a collection of detailed medical history related to your condition. Following the history, your therapist will perform a thorough physical examination of the area being treated (and associated areas) to gather all details of the physical aspects of your symptoms. Once the physical examination is completed your therapist will discuss the findings and how they relate to your issue. You both will come up with appropriate goals including an estimate timeframe of care. Your therapist will provide you with a detailed home program to perform between sessions. This may include self-treatment techniques for the related area(s) of the body to further assist you toward symptom relief.
Quality Touch Physical Therapy & Wellness is an out-of-network provider with all insurances. This means that the total cost of the visit is due at the time of the session. However, many insurers offer reimbursement for a percentage of your physical therapy treatments. As a courtesy to you, we will provide you with an itemized receipt, detailing the charges and treatment performed, for you to use for submission to your insurance carrier for any reimbursement that may be due to you (please check with your insurance provider for details related to your out-of-network benefits for physical therapy).
At Quality Touch Physical Therapy & Wellness, we understand that life happens and schedules change, at times, un-expectantly. We strive to ensure the highest quality of care and a professional top-notch experience every time for every patient. When notification is not provided in a timely manner it diminishes our ability to ensure that every patient is provided our quality experience. With that said, we request that 24-hours notification be provided for cancellations (for appointments following weekends or holidays that notification is required no later than the previous business day). In the event that the 24-hour notification is not provided, the total cost of the visit will continue to be due to cover the cost of that visit. Fees for the missed appointment will be expected at the time of or prior to your next scheduled appointment. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover cards as well as, check. You are also available to use FSA and HSA funds as Physical Therapy is a medical service. Contact us for pricing details related to the cost of each session.
A complete intake packet will be provided upon scheduling your visit. Please complete and return the forms prior to your session to best utilize your treatment time.
